Merlin Bay #1 has three levels with one bedroom on the lower level that opens to a covered terrace with plunge pool and private ocean front terrace.

VILLA FEATURES
Two bedrooms are located on the upper level, one with a private balcony. Table and chairs on both upstairs and downstairs patios. It is one mile from shopping and supermarket facilities in Holetown, one and a half miles to Sandy Lane Golf Course, six miles to the capital, Bridgetown, and approximately fourteen miles to the Grantley Adams International Airport.

These privately owned villas are let complete with all equipment and utilities, and are run by the owners' staff of cook and maid/laundress. Merlin Bay is on the west coast of the island overlooking the Caribbean Sea, with excellent beach and sun deck.
