Oceanview (Valial), Barbados Villa

Delightfully set amidst a lush tropical garden, this Mediterranean style villa offers a unique vacation experience. One of eight exclusive units, Valial is built around a central swimming pool on a low sea cliff with steps leading down to the beach.

VILLA FEATURES
Situated on the beach at Merlin Bay in St. James, Oceanview provides swimming luxury in the large pool as well as the Caribbean Sea. The villa has a private entrance with its own garden and plunge pool.

All three bedrooms are air conditioned with en suite bathrooms, ceiling fans, and private balconies. A split level concept features one bedroom on the main level and two bedrooms on the upper level. The master bedroom has a king size bed; the other bedrooms have twin beds. The master bath as well as the bath downstairs features a tub; the other bath upstairs has a shower only. A raised dining area leads down to a sunken sitting room with built in seating with cushions ideal for leisurely evenings, after a day outdoors. From the sitting room, doors open onto the terrace overlooking the plunge pool. A circular table and lounge chairs on terrace overlook the pool. The gardener can take the lounge chairs by the pool to the beach daily.

A well equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, double door fridge, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, table fan, blender, ironing board and iron. A maximum of two children is allowed per rental. There is a laundry room with four washing machines and three dryers at the rear of the property. A staff of two includes a cook and maid/laundress. Two security guards are on the property at night. A security guard is there on weekends and in the day. A gardening service keeps Valial a landscaped treasure.
